Hello. My name is Chris Ladwig. I started License Me, LLC in order to break free from the myriad of corporate paperwork that is typically necessary in order to begin and maintain a simple Licensure & Privileging process.
Within the past 22 years, I have Licensed & Privileged Physicians in multiple States such as NY, CT, NJ, DE, NC, GA, FL, TN, MS, TX, ND, MN & CA.
I am familiar and can assist you with the Federation of State Medical Board's (FSMB's) Federation Credentials Verification Service (FCVS) and Uniform Application (UA) processes along with the American Medical Association's (AMA's) Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
I will assist you with your State Licensure process to include research, preparation, submission and follow-up of all application forms and third-party verifications. My Service also includes assistance with your State Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and Federal DEA application processes.
My Hospital Privileging service also includes research, preparation, submission and follow-up of all application forms & third-party verifications.

Since I am a single-member LLC, I am free to work on your Licensure or Privileging process the way that twenty-two years of combined Licensure and Privileging experience has taught me: straightforward thinking, clear communication, hard work, perseverance and problem-solving without the added layers of corporate procedures and meetings that can take precious time away from the real substance of the day which is your application process.
I will work directly with the State Medical Board or Hospital Medical Staff Office on your behalf in order to provide them with the information they need in order to make the process run as smoothly and quickly as possible.
